Musicians Arms was recorded in directories between 1839-50. Robert Adcock was victualler throughout this period. The Leicestershire Conservative Operatives would meet here monthly February 1839 – March 1849.

Bernie’s on BelgraveGate was a place where when a young man I took my girl friend for an impressive meal.
The steaks were brilliantly cooked on a double grill burner, from above and below the steak. To finished the meal we had Irish coffees.
The meal was top notch.
