Cocktail bar and supper rooms, housed in the old Young’s camera shop on the corner of Belvoir Street and Albion Street. A sister bar to one in Northampton, Leicester’s opened in August 2015.
Known as the ‘secret bar’ as no evidence from the outside of what’s inside, a kind of speakeasy. Hidden behind the old camera shop, you have to knock on the door to gain entrance where you will find a unique atmosphere with eating booths. Menu consists of steaks cooked with a difference… Interesting to know if this catches on and lasts.
Closed within 5 years of opening may be another to fall to covid?
