Next to R Bar, and virtually on the site of the Victorian Granby Arms. This Granby opened in May 1999.
Although large investment was made on the pub, by late 2003, it changed its name to Absolution and underwent another major refurbishment. This did not work as by 2005, it had closed and become an Indian restaurant called Flame, it duly did and was gutted by fire.
