Originally a restaurant circa 1990. Then it applied for a full licence, circa 1999. Owned by three friends – Chris Hodgkin, Tom Goodwin and Will Davis.
Became a well known and patronized outlet, before the trio split and moved on to embark on outside events and deli shops. It later became a restaurant called the Boot room.
The Boot Room closed circa 2018. Three years later, in 2021 after Covid delayed the opening, Ronnie Roos opened at the rear of the Boot Room through an entrance at front.
