Little is known on the Earl Moira. Chris Pyrah has it sometime in 1815 -1870. Not known whether it changed names.
1815 directory has William Foster as victular.
1818 Commercial Directory has E. Bailey as victualler.

Mary Robinson’s letter to the Wyvern Newspaper on meeting in a Northgate Pub ‘Lord Tom Noddy’ she calls it, a nickname for which pub on Northgate I do not know, I only include it on Earl Moria page as he was a controversial Irish born politician.
