Circa 1990, Mexican themed bar, the Crazy Coyote, opened in the Florence Buildings in St Nicholas Place. Later became Mayango.

Hotel Mayuango then decided to become a fish restaurant.

The façade painted in Union Jack colours, 2017 and called the Fish & Chip. From Mexican to Fish & Chips. But closed altogether in 2018.

Reopened in October 2019 as the Legendary Lab, a cocktail bar with a chemistry based theme. As many did, this closed due to the Covid lockdown six months later, and after a year the owners decided to abandon the business, closing down altogether.
In June 2021, it re-opened as the Audrey Bar.
