Entropy Bar, opened in March 2000. It tastefully retained the original H. North, Butchers, and Worthington Shop signs, and quickly gained a reputation for good food and drink.
Changed hands in 2014, and became known as North Bar & Kitchen.

Melissa Lawrence Tells us Harry Norths eldest daughter Ethel in 1919, became a lady’s maid to the sister of the 5th Earl of Carnarvon, (who funded the discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb) Ethel’s letters and postcards to Melissa’s grandmother are to be produced in a book by Melissa, further information can be found here.
July 3rd 2022, owners Sally Davis and Joanna Betts after 8 years closed the North Bar & Kitchen for good.

November 2023 reopened under new ownership, with a Caribbean flavour called 3 Little Birds.

3 Little Birds supposedly after the Bob Marley song of the same name, a joyful song about birds and nature.
