LEAMINGTON HOUSE, 39 LEAMINGTON STREET

Given as no. 39 Leamington Street in 1883, with Isaac Hopkins as victualler, and as no. 43 Leamington Street in 1890. Isaac was by then now a brewery agent and beer house keeper.

Albert Roach was listed in 1898-1900 as no. 49 beer retailer at Leamington House.  Also listed in 1920 under Arthur Lapworth.

Looking down from New Park Street, towards church, Leamington House to its left. Offilers Ales sign can just be seen.
