Another café bar sprung up circa 2005, on the corner of Belvoir Street and Market Street.
It was very short lived as by the end of the year it became an Indian restaurant. The building was possibly the King Richard III mentioned in the 1849 directory.
By 2007, it had changed hands again, this time to be called Fusion Bar.
In 2010, it became Loft 51, by 2012, it was closed and up for sale.
