Opened as a café bar in April 1999. It closed around eighteen months later to re-open again in the Autumn 2002 as the Flying Cupz.
In 2004, Perdu, and in 2006 was again re-opened as Tam-Bri.
By circa 2010, the property had reverted to retail. In around ten years there had been four changes of names, unless any have been missed.
