These old derelict offices were transformed in 1997 by Banks Brewery when they purchased the property obtained a licence and opened it as the Varsity.
Put up for sale in 2013 and became Wills Bar in October that year.
In 2015, saw a bar called Brewdog, the Punky Aberdonian Craft beer company (Phil Johnson) bring their brand to Leicester and expand their chain of pubs to twenty, opened in 5th of May 2015.
