Ex-landlord of ‘Steamin Billy’s’, Weston Kieran Lyons, teamed up with Richard Thomas real ale buff who sourced the ever revolving beers, they resurrect the famous old pub name Blue Boar. Opened as a new bar in August 2016.
The sign is a very old one from another Blue Boar, being sold to Kieran by a lady who had it languishing in her house for many years.
Still very much open as of writing.
